Once It's done downloading, head over to the "Mods" tab, if you've haven't already gone through the process of setting up your categories, Nexus Mod Manager will ask you if you'd like an automatic setup, or if you'd like to do it yourself. If Nexus Mod Manager isn't open already, It'll load and begin the download process. Once It's done, go back to the nexus mods page I linked earlier, the "Files" tab, and click Download With Manager (This is why we ran the program as administrator) It'll ask to make your plugins file non-read only, if it does then click "Yes". LePresidente has been working with his own fork for MO2, but progress has been slow. He never finished the project, because Nexus Mods hired him to work with new mod manager, called Vortex. 
It'll start scanning for your games, click the green checkmark next to the correct paths, and the red x next to the incorrect paths, and correct them if you need to, OR: Tannin was working with 64bit version of Mod Organizer, called Mod Organizer 2.Make a Nexus Mods account if you don't have one already, the registration page is right here:.
